FOR NORTH MAC CUSD #34 AUTHORIZED DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
THROUGH THE SEALED BID PROCESS
Notice is hereby given that North Mac CUSD #34, 525 N. 3rd Street, Girard, IL., will receive sealed bids until 2:00 P.M., local time, Friday, June 2nd, 2017, for the following:
16 Large Metal Coat Racks
4 small metal computer tables
9 large wooden painting easels
2 small wooden painting easels
4 wooden water/sensory tables
2 large plastic water/sensory tables
1 small plastic water/sensory table
2 wooden child tables
2 wooden cubbies/shelving units
Bidders are invited to bid on any one (1) or all items. Bids must be in one sealed envelope with statement thereon “BID ENCLOSED, SURPLUS EQUIPMENT”, and submitted to the Unit Office, North Mac CUSD #34, 525 N. 3rd Street, Girard, IL. 62640, at or before the above stated time. Bids will be opened publicly, read aloud, and tabulated by the Superintendent, or his Designee, at the above stated time and place.
North Mac CUSD #34 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding. All surplus equipment may be seen May 30-June 2, 2017, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or until the time of the bid opening at North Mac Elementary, 755 W. Fortune Street, Virden, IL 62690.
