In math we are learning about fractions with story problems and using manipulatives to reinforce the concept. Our reading theme is Family Time. After reading Jalapeno Bagels, we used a recipe to make Chango Bars. They turned out delicious.  We went to Sangamon Auditorium and Saw Toying With Science. We learned about simple machines. It was very entertaining. Don't forget to practice math facts; both subtraction and addition, with your child.
