     Hi! My name is Amy Crowdson. I have been a special education teacher at Virden Elementary School for 15 years.  Prior to teaching in Virden, I taught students in Washington, Illinois, and Memphis, Tennessee.  I received my bachelor's degree in 1993 from  Illinois State University.  Last December, I completed work on my Master's Degree in Teacher Leadership. I live in Springfield with my husband and two children. In my free time, I enjoy reading, running, and traveling. I am looking forward to an exciting school year. Mrs. Crowdson's homework folder comes home on Monday and must be returned to school on Friday.

  • Please do homework in pencil.
  • Parents should sign homework.
  • Find a special spot to keep the folder.
