Hello! My name is Amanda O’Brien and I began teaching in the North Mac School district as a Kindergarten Special Education teacher in 2019. I received my bachelor’s degree from SIU Edwardsville in May 2019. In my free time I enjoy baking, running, and helping on my family’s farm.

Important info for learning during the school closure:

The Kindergarten at home practice packet can be found for parents to download on the elementary front page. To find this packet on the elementary page on North Mac's website click on the link that says "k-2 homework and web links." This is also where you will find a list of free online resources that you may use at home. I also recommend continuing to practice letter, number, addition, and subtraction flash cards that have already been sent home with your child. If you have any questions during the closure send me an email.
