Welcome to our 3rd grade class! This will be a year of growth and challenges. In order to provide the students with the positive educational experience they deserve, students will be expected to follow the PBIS rules. Each morning, the students will recite the Panther Pact to remind them of the expectations for our classroom.
Panther Pact 
My goal today is to be safe, respectful, and responsible. I will make sure I am safe and my friends are safe. I will show respect to my teachers, classmates, parents, and everyone I meet. I will be responsible and work hard to learn as much as I can. If I make a mistake, I will accept the consequences without anger and try harder the next time to become a leader for my school, my community, and my country.
To keep our classroom & school a safe, organized, and productive place in which to learn, the students will be expected to adhere to the following PBIS Panther Pride rules:
- Be Safe
- Be Respectful
- Be Responsible
If a student chooses to break a rule, they will receive the following consequences:
1st – Warning
2nd - Clip Down
3rd - Teacher's Choice - Silent lunch or Loss of recess
4th - Contact Parents
Students who choose to follow the rules will earn the following:
1. Verbal Praise/Positive notes on Class Dojo
2. Coupons: Sit with a friend/No Homework/Free Time/ Computer
3. Opportunities to "buy" rewards at the Panther store with the points earned
