What: Solo and Ensemble is an optional event where students prepare a solo, duet, trio, etc. to perform in front of a judge for a rating.
When: March 16, 2023
Where: Jacksonville Middle School in Jacksonville, IL
Important Details:
- Students and families are responsible for transportation to and from the event
- There is a $10 fee for solos and a $15 fee for duets (split amongst two students) for this event.
- Your accompanist fee is covered.
- After school lessons are required (at least 3) to help prepare for this event.
- You must be able to practice with your accompanist at least twice prior to the event.
- Music is picked out in early/mid December and sent home with students prior to winter break.
