Make-up Work
Students will be allowed one day to make up work for each day they are absent, unless prior arrangements have been made. The grade will be lowered by one letter grade each day late thereafter.
Cheating
You and the person who allowed you to copy from them will receive a zero on the given assignment, quiz, or test. If a student has more than one incident, I will call your parents and set up a conference with the principal. Cheating will not be tolerated.
Grades
Grades will be comprised of quizzes, worksheets, tests, and exercises throughout each quarter. Homework will be assigned on a daily basis and is to be turned in on the day it is due.
Extra Credit
Extra Credit will be assigned periodically throughout the year. Thank You!
Accelerated Reader
AR points will be required throughout the school year. The teacher will decide how many AR points are due each quarter.
