Student Locker/Learning Materials Pickup
Student Locker Content and/or Learning Materials Pick Up
Friday, April 3rd from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
On Friday, April 3rd, we will be allowing for a ONE TIME pick up of the contents of student lockers or desks from their respective school building. School personnel have bagged up the contents of each locker or desk, and marked each bag with the student’s name. We want your exposure, and the exposure of staff and personnel to be as limited as possible, therefore this will be conducted just as we do with meal distribution, on a “drive up and grab and go basis”. This will be the only time during the duration of the pandemic that students will have this opportunity, so if students want the contents of their lockers or desks this coming Friday will be the day to obtain those items.
The directions are quite simple, when you pull up STAY IN YOUR CARS! Pull up, and let the school personnel know your first and last name. We will radio inside to personnel working inside where all the student bags will be organized and someone will bring your bag to your vehicle. Once you have your bag then you may carefully depart!
Each campus has specific directions in how to enter and exit.
- Elementary (PreK-2nd Grade) – enter the Elementary Campus from W. Union Ave. (behind the school to the Northwest) and drive up to the covered play area. At the covered play area there will be personnel there to talk to you and direct you along.
Again, please do not exit your automobile.
- 3rd-6th Grade – pull into what is our normal student drop-off and pickup lane. KEEP traffic to ONE lane and do not create a double lane for safety and organizational reasons. There will be personnel there to talk to you and direct you along.
Again, please do not exit your automobile.
- 7th-8th Grade – enter the South Campus on the North end of the property, driving behind County Market from Route 4 to that North parking lot. Pull into the lot and stay to your right and drive around to the sidewalk leading into the north end of the building. There will be personnel there to talk to you and direct you along.
Again, please do not exit your automobile.
- High School – enter from the South on Fortune street and pull up on to the front entrance of the high school. There will be personnel there along the sidewalk to talk to you and direct you along. You will exit to the North onto W. Union Ave.
Again, please do not exit your automobile.
Safety is our main priority so please be careful as you enter and exit the campuses. Also, at the South Campus, please be sure that you do not create a line of cars on Route 4 by waiting to enter the campus. If you can’t immediately enter, please drive around and try again. We will be on each campus from 9:00-3:00 so there is no hurry and traffic safety is key. Please take your time, drive safe, and be courteous throughout the process.
Thank you all in advance for your cooperation and stay safe Panthers!
