NEW PROCESS: There is a new email to send Doctor’s notes to the nurses at North Mac School District. From this point forward, please forward Doctor Office Documentation to nurse@northmacschools.org. Of course you may continue to send documentation to the schools via your child, however, please alert the students’ teacher that there is documentation in the back pack. The 5Essentials Survey is now open through April 2, 2021. This survey helps schools identify areas of strength and areas that need more support. All parents, guardians, or other care givers with a child in grades Pre-K through 12, are invited to take the survey. We appreciate and value all input.
