Location: North Mac South Campus in Girard
Open to 5th grade students going into 6th grade and students going into high school.
Afterwards, we will be moving to North Mac High School for anyone needing/wanting a physical and for incoming seniors requiring immunizations.
Location: North Mac High School
Appointments will be on a first come first serve basis.
We will not accept walk-ups.
